What areas does Lipham Landscaping serve?
We serve three neighboring cities in Lake County, Florida: Clermont, Minneola and Montverde. We have kept that same service area since 2017. If you are right on the edge of one of these cities, reach out and we will let you know.
Are consultations really free?
Yes. All consultations are free, for every service we offer. We will look at your property, talk through what you want, and give you a straight answer with no obligation.
What is included in full service lawn care?
Every visit covers mowing, weedeating, bush trimming, and edging and blowing all hard surfaces. The goal is a finished look for the whole property, not just cut grass.
Do you offer weekly lawn service?
Yes. Weekly service is what most of our lawn care customers choose. It is the schedule that keeps a Central Florida lawn looking consistently good.
Do you work with commercial properties and HOAs?
Yes. We serve residential, commercial and HOA properties — we can handle it all. The scope is tailored to each property during a free consultation.

Can I try landscape lighting before I buy it?
Yes. Our landscape lighting is try-before-you-buy: you see the lighting on your own property before you commit. If you love it, we move forward. If not, you have lost nothing.
Is there a warranty on landscape lighting?
Yes. Lighting installations through our lighting division carry a 2-year labor warranty and a 10-year product warranty, covering both the installation work and the fixtures.
Do you install sod?
Yes. We install fresh sod, either as a standalone touch-up or as part of a custom landscaping build. Ask about it during your free consultation.
